Supportive Wellness
Preconception & fertility wellness
Preparing your body for the journey ahead with movement, pelvic health and therapeutic yoga.
You do not need to arrive with the right medical words. Start with what you notice, what feels different and what you would like to do more comfortably.
Important: These services complement, and do not replace, care from your doctor, gynaecologist or specialist. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions themselves; they focus on movement, physical wellbeing and supportive practices within practitioner scope.

Understand what may be happening
Start with a clear explanation—not assumptions
Wellness services can support movement, physical wellbeing, body awareness and stress-management practices during a preconception or fertility journey. They do not treat infertility and do not replace care from your fertility specialist; any plan respects their guidance.
Private, respectful and consent-led
You should understand why any assessment is being suggested and what it involves. Sensitive examination is never automatic and should only happen when appropriate, with your informed consent.
Our approach
Care built with you, not simply given to you
Begin with a conversation about your health context, current medical care and priorities.
Explain what movement and wellness support can—and cannot—offer, in clear language.
Build an individualized plan of movement, breath and practical habits within practitioner scope.
Review regularly and coordinate with your doctor or specialist where appropriate.
Your appointment
What can care work toward?
The focus depends on your assessment and priorities. Goals may include understanding symptoms, improving movement or coordination, managing discomfort, building capacity and returning to meaningful activities with greater confidence.
Your first visit
- A conversation about symptoms and goals
- Explanation of appropriate assessment options
- Time for questions and shared decisions
