Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting infrastructure may process technical information necessary to deliver pages securely, such as IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of requests.

When you submit the appointment request form, the page on which you arrived, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the link (UTM tags) may be attached to your request so we understand how people find us.

The website records certain interactions (for example, clicking “Book” or starting an assessment) in an on-page event log. No third-party analytics or advertising tools are currently installed. If we add them, they will only run after you consent through our cookie settings, and this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated. [ANALYTICS / ADVERTISING TOOLS — VERIFY BEFORE LAUNCH]

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask repeatedly.

Why we use your information

  • Responding to your enquiry — contact details and message
  • Scheduling and managing appointments — contact details, service, preferred times
  • Understanding your concern so we can suggest an appropriate starting point — assessment answers you choose to send
  • Communicating about appointments or orders — contact details (transactional messages)
  • Processing and fulfilling purchases, including customer support — order, billing and shipping details (when the shop is live)
  • Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse or fraud — technical information
  • Understanding how visitors find and use the site — referral and interaction information, and analytics only with consent
  • Sending occasional updates and wellness information — only if you separately opt in
  • Meeting legal, accounting and regulatory obligations

We rely on your consent where required by law, and on legitimate uses permitted by law (such as complying with legal obligations). Where processing depends on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before.

Information you share about your health

You may choose to tell us about symptoms, pregnancy or postpartum status, pelvic-health concerns, physical discomfort, mobility or other health matters.

Please share only what is necessary for your enquiry. Detailed medical history is best discussed during an appointment.

We use this information only to understand your enquiry, suggest an appropriate starting point and prepare for any appointment you book.

Submitting a website form, completing a guided assessment or messaging us does not itself create a practitioner–patient relationship, and does not provide a diagnosis.

Our website forms and WhatsApp are ordinary communication channels. They are not secure medical-record systems.

WhatsApp

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive health information or documents over WhatsApp.

Children and minors

Under Indian data-protection law, a person under 18 is a child. We do not treat a minor as an adult for privacy purposes.

  • Appointments for anyone under 18 should be requested by, or with the involvement of, a parent or legal guardian.
  • Our guided assessments ask for the age of the person concerned. If they are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their name and confirm consent before details can be sent.
  • We may ask for reasonable confirmation of the parent or guardian's identity and consent before processing a child's personal data or providing services.
  • A parent or guardian is expected to attend or be available for sessions with minors. [MINOR ATTENDANCE / CHAPERONE POLICY — CONFIRM]
  • We do not knowingly accept online purchases from people under 18.
  • We do not use children's data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.

Processing outside India

Some of our service providers (for example, hosting, messaging or email services) may store or process information outside India. Where this happens, it is done in accordance with applicable Indian law, including any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

How long we keep information

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — such as delivering services, administering appointments, completing transactions, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, maintaining security and keeping legitimate records — and then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

[RETENTION SCHEDULE — CONFIRM WITH LEGAL COUNSEL]

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, so please share sensitive information thoughtfully. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act on it and notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Ask us to erase data that is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

To exercise a right, contact our privacy contact below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page will change when we do.
